A button badges is made using lithographing the images directly onto the metal disk. Millions of buttons are produced and distributed using this technology. A celluloid type button is fastened to the garment using the pin on the back side of the button. A lithographed button may fasten with a pin back or with a metal tab which folds over a lapel or pocket. The basic technology of making these button badges has been similar through out the world except some places where a different approach is taken to make them.
People have used these badges in different styles and ways to send stronger message using them. Some people even seem to stitch it on body skin to show fiercer message. But these activities can be dangerous in times. Badges creating technology has been developed in recent times and laser printed buttons are also available that makes it easy to produce thousands of buttons in smaller number of time and with less budget. |
